We offer the perfect place for you to make your event a truly Fiesta. Our main floor rental ballroom is homey with stage an a piano ( sound system included ), 16 foot high ceilings, The room is about 700 square feet .The 200 square foot serving kitchen has, 2 small size fridge, sink, counter space, microwave, We do not provide linens, cutlery, dishes or glassware.The hall has rectangular tables and comfortable chairs for 60 people. The maximum capacity of the room is 110 people. Renters may choose who they wish to cater, or may cater themselves. Renters run their own bar, although a special occasion permit must be obtained from any B.C. Liquor Store before alcohol can be served.
Note. The building is not wheelchair accessible.

Private Rental Rates
A $150 deposit is required to secure a booking. Rental fees are due 15 days before the event and the $150 is held as a damage deposit until after the event.

6 pm - midnight $190

Friday, Sunday
9 am - 5 pm $220
6 pm - midnight $280
9 am - midnight $400
Saturday
9 am - 5 pm $240
6 pm - midnight $350
9am - midnight $500 ( this price includes free set-up of tables and chairs )

is located at 150 East 3 rd Ave. ( Main Street ) in Vancouver , ten minutes from downtown. 3 blocks from main skytrain station, Parking is on the street.
